Ingredients for Strawberry Chiffon Cake
For the Chiffon Cake:
- 1 cup 130 g cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ΒΌ teaspoon salt
- ΒΌ cup 60 ml canola oil
- Β½ cup + 3 tablespoons 140 g granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 egg yolks
- ΒΌ cup 60 ml whole milk
- 4 egg whites
- ΒΌ teaspoon cream of tartar
For the Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 to 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
To Assemble:

- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 Β½ cups hulled and quartered strawberries
Step 1: π° Preheat & Prep

- Gradually add half of the flour mixture, then milk.
- Add the rest of the flour mixture, mix until smooth.
